Do you offer local pickup in Edmonton?

Yes. Most in-stock items are available for same-day pickup at our warehouse at 504 65 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB. Select local pickup at checkout or call (780) 851-0007 to confirm availability before you visit.

How long does shipping take?

Standard ground shipping within Alberta typically takes 3–7 business days. Other Canadian provinces generally receive orders within 5–10 business days. Expedited and local delivery options are available for eligible orders. See our Shipping Rates & Policies page for details.

What is your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom, special-order, and final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending items back. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Notify us within 7 days of delivery at sales@strailersupplies.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost to you.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes, we ship select products to the U.S. International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes. Shipping rates and restrictions are calculated at checkout based on product type and destination.
