Shipping Rates & Policies

Speed Trailer Supplies ships trailer parts and accessories across Canada and to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Ground — Economical delivery for most parts and accessories. Typical transit: 3–7 business days within Alberta; 5–10 business days to other Canadian provinces.
• Expedited — Faster delivery via courier. Available at checkout for eligible items and destinations.
• Local Delivery (Edmonton Area) — Same-day or next-day delivery available for in-stock items within the greater Edmonton region. Contact us to arrange.
• Warehouse Pickup — Free pickup at our Edmonton location during business hours. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout when available.

Shipping Rates

Rates vary by order total, weight, and destination. General guidelines:

• Orders over $150 CAD within Alberta may qualify for discounted or free standard shipping (promotions may apply).
• Heavy or oversized items (tool boxes, racks, tarps, bulk chain) may incur additional freight charges calculated at checkout.
• Remote or rural destinations may require extended transit times and supplemental carrier fees.

Exact shipping costs are displayed before you complete your order. We do not charge hidden handling fees beyond the carrier rate and any applicable oversized-item surcharges disclosed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MT on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship to the United States and select international destinations on eligible products. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Delivery times vary by country and carrier.

Large & Freight Items

Oversized products such as headache racks, large tool boxes, and lumber tarps may ship via LTL freight. Our team will contact you to confirm delivery details, liftgate requirements, and scheduling before dispatch.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may be restricted from air transport or cross-border shipment due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. If an item cannot ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at sales@strailersupplies.com or (780) 851-0007. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
