At Speed Trailer Supplies (STS), we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our returns team will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Return Eligibility
Most unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- Original packaging, labels, and hardware must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Custom-cut, special-order, or made-to-spec items are final sale unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Opened electrical components, lighting kits, or sealed products that cannot be resold
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Hazardous materials or items restricted by transport regulations
How to Start a Return
- Contact our customer service team at sales@strailersupplies.com or call (780) 851-0007.
- Provide your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship or drop off the item(s) within 14 days of RMA approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Restocking fees of up to 15% may apply to opened or non-defective returns of large or specialty items, including tool boxes, racks, and tarps.
Exchanges
Need a different size, model, or configuration? Contact us before returning your item. We will help arrange an exchange when stock is available. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective part, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping where applicable.
In-Store Returns
Online orders may be returned to our Edmonton warehouse at 504 65 Ave NW during business hours. Bring your order confirmation and the item(s) in original condition.
